Wendy Islands (Debra Grouse)
Debra Grouse believes that “the world is but a canvas for the imagination.” This singer/songwriter/poet is known as “Wendy Islands” by those who appreciate her lyrical whimsy and creative charm. Wendy has taken audiences by quiet storm on the Poets and Pints stage, during an impromptu recitation at the AFOUTAYI Haitian Arts 2017 Fundraising Dance & Dinner and as guest on Brenda Bell Brown’s Play For Me – an eclectic hour-long show that airs weekly on the Twin City’s KFAI Radio.
