Sara Minges is the Founder of Wonder Woman Rising, empowering women to embrace their "inner goddess."
In her spare time, she's been performing at poetry open mics in Kansas City since 2008. In 2018, at the urging of fans, she released her first full length book of poetry, "Naked Toes" to a SOLD OUT show at Prospero's Bookstore.
"Naked Toes" is about the ecstasy of driving barefoot, enjoying the moment and being the person you are not the person others want you to be.
Since August, she's sold 90 signed copies, had 6 book performances and signings in Kansas City, Overland Park, Merriam, KS and Cleveland, OH, performing alongside John Burroughs and Juliet Cook. Prospero's Books, 3 Wishes and Mac's Back Books bookstores are also selling copies of "Naked Toes."
Her next book, "Sweet with a Side of Whisky" is set to be released in September, 2019.
