Brettfest: A fundraiser for Brett Elizabeth Jenkins

Brettfest is a fundraiser for Brett Elizabeth Jenkins, a Twin Cities writer/teacher/funnyperson and dear friend to many. Brett recently entered a residential center in Illinois for treatment of bipolar disorder, depression, and PTSD, conditions she's lived with for a long while and has been very open about her journey with. In many ways, including that openness, Brett has been an inspiration to many, many people--and it's time to give back.
The cost of the program at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center is about $30,000. Via a GoFundMe page and private donations, we've raised about $14,000, but there's still a long way to go. Thus: Brettfest. Check the event page for updated programming information, but in the meantime, there will be: A SILENT AUCTION A RAFFLE READINGS AND PERFORMANCES TYPEWRITER POETRY HUGS AND HIGH FIVES Please direct any questions to Lewis Mundt, and any items you'd like to donate for the raffle/auction to Molly Sutton Kiefer.
