Karen Schultz (KS) has been writing and reading poetry since she was in grade school; truly a lover of the written form and craft. She previously wrote with Madison, Wisconsin’s Mind’s Eye Radio Collective and read her work regularly in various venues, on community radio, and Wisconsin Public Radio. Karen was also published in a travel anthology, she now lives in Minneapolis with her son and husband and has written with the Nerve Poets for 15 years. With a B.A. in International Relations, an M.A. in Strategic Communication and having once traveled the world as a flight attendant, Karen sees herself as a global citizen seeking to communicate her shared humanity.
